This notice explains what personal information Constructive and Co collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Last updated 27 October 2026.

If you email or call us, we keep your name, contact details and what you tell us about your project, so we can reply, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, design, make and install your work.

We use it for that and nothing else, and we don’t sell it or share it for marketing. Our email is provided by Google Workspace, so emails you send us are stored by Google on our behalf.

We keep it for as long as we need it for your enquiry or project, and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for our accounts.

We’d like to use Google Analytics to see how people find and use this site, for example which pages are visited. It only runs if you choose Accept analytics cookies. If you reject, or don’t choose, nothing is set and nothing is sent to Google.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_PKQ69K9PJ1, which last up to two years, and sends information about your visit to Google, such as the pages you view, your browser and device, and your approximate location. Google may process this outside the UK. We use it for analytics only, never for advertising.

Your choice is remembered in your browser, so we don’t ask on every page. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you switch analytics off, its cookies are deleted.

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify handles technical information such as your IP address and browser to deliver pages to you and keep the site secure.

The site links to other websites, such as Instagram and the architects we work with. They have their own privacy policies.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email hello@constructiveandco.com and we’ll reply within a month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
