Working in partnership with FosterKirk architects, we delivered the fit-out for Bikeworks’ new HQ on the Olympic Park.

Working with our long-standing client on this project in the Iconic Battersea Power Station development was a perfect Constructive collaboration.

This project evolved over the 2 years we were onsite as the clients decided to completely remodel their North West London home from top to bottom

Our floor-to-apex storage, space-saving steps and steelwork supplied by Zedworks are the stars of this beautiful loft conversion.

Another collaboration with architect Thom Brisco who oversaw a refurbishment to this 1960’s house over 3 floors in South London.

Design and build of this striking birch plywood feature staircase into a newly refurbished loft space along with wardrobes and shelving.

We helped our existing clients move from their existing railway arch wholesale space in Hackney to this beautiful bright retail space

​An exciting project with Brisco Loran Architects realising Thom’s open-framed solid ash kitchen design with open-plan cooking and dining area.

What began as a bespoke fit out of an existing clients’ shed-office, soon grew into a much more substantial collaboration.

We collaborated with our friends and clients on the ground floor remodelling of their property on this listed estate in South East London.

With this unique commission, we worked closely with the Space Popular design team on their interactive exhibition at the Sir John Soane museum.

Using recycled materials and working closely with our long-standing client, we designed this beautiful kitchen in Victoria Park.

Collaborating with long term clients, we were invited to design the kitchen in the newly extended ground floor of this South London 1930’s home.

It was a pleasure to be involved in this project, helping to renovate the family home of a long term friend and collaborator of Constructive and Co.

Working in collaboration with AG Architecture we designed, detailed and installed the cabinet work in this grand West London property.

When ZCD Architects needed help realising a complex plywood Kerto roof structure, they knew who to ask.

This project was all about the bespoke details of which there were many and was an interesting challenge for us​.

We worked closely with Edward McCann Architects on complementary joinery for the basement refurbishment in this grade 2 listed North London building.

​J Foster Architects approached us with concept drawings for the eaves storage and stairs for this new loft extension project.

We were drawn to this project’s brief which aimed to maximise the use of reclaimed materials throughout the build.

The Plexal “Wall of Inspiration” was designed to showcase the many different companies joining their new innovation hub at HereEast.

We love the simplicity of this kitchen. Birch plywood units and laminated worktops contrast beautifully with the polished concrete floor.

This was the first full winding staircase we undertook in house, with a full dry fit in the workshop prior to installation on site.

A love of mid-century design was established as the theme for this kitchen redesign, using solid oak and laminated plywood as primary materials.

OAO sought our help to elegantly integrate the joinery into this wonderfully light and airy rear extension project.

We loved the bold colours and design on this refurbishment project in North London. But mostly we loved the clients.

The Sir John Soane’s Museum curators approached us for help in creating a series of exhibitions display pieces for an Eric Parry exhibition.

Our clients found us online and contacted us regarding their new build bungalow project on the Norfolk, Suffolk borders.

Another collaboration with ZCD architects to help realise their designs throughout this 1960’s ex-local authority maisonette.

A colourful refurbishment in Camden Town with a bespoke kitchen, library, alcove shelving and oak cladding for the staircase.

Collaborating with Nicholas Kirk Architects we designed and detailed the kitchen and utility areas for this mansion block apartment.

We used dark grey stained ash veneer and solid ash for all our joinery elements in this substantial North London refurbishment project.

We enjoyed the process of detailing this kitchen in a former Victorian school. Another collaboration with Nicholas Kirk Architects.

Shepherds of London are one of the oldest bookbinding companies in England. We designed and fitted out their new home in Victoria.
