This project took us into new and exciting territory as the WOI was the largest single piece to date, measuring 18 metres long by 4 metres high. The bespoke ladder was supplied by our friend Simon Day at Nocturne Workshops.

All the components and Lamello fixings were CNC’d. These were then delivered to site for assembly. Once the 36mm spruce plywood plinth had been levelled we built the unit from the ground up like a huge Lego set.

We worked closely with the Plexal team, Grimshaw Architects and Paragon to deliver a truly unique piece.
