Our clients contacted us regarding a substantial remodelling of their basement and ground floor flat. We put them in touch with Nicholas Kirk Architects and we began the process.
The brief was to open the space up completely from front to back garden and flood it with natural light. Sliding folding doors were used to great effect joining the polished concrete floor inside and out.
Constructive used a modernist colour scheme with bright yellow back painted glass splash backs to contrast the grey laminated plywood kitchen fronts, white Corian worktops and polished concrete floor. A firm Constructive favourite.
